Carlsbad, CA, join us at Art-Swirlicious, a unique afternoon show hosted by Homelife Village Realtors in Carlsbad, will fill the corner of Grand Avenue and State Street with art, music and old fashion root beer floats, on Saturday August 25, 2012, 1-5pm. Mixed works of 4 professional artists, an exception sight of a 10’ wooden carved dragon named Grog, by artist Thomas Thomas, who just recently unveiled “Grog” in Carlsbad, along with his “animal creations” will be joined by a well know Carlsbad Artist, Cheryl Ehlers, with a rare appearance of her latest musical art. Ehlers, promotes tirelessly to keep the vitality of art alive wherever she appears, whether it is art coalitions or the Stardust Arts, a youth art program.  Joined by Stephen Gary, a creative and fanciful artist that can take your mind to places you have never been, Tony Shelfo a naturalist and Karla Nederhof, whose exceptional jewelry designs in natural stone will take you back in time.

You will be drawn by the creativity and imagination of these artists supporting art awareness in the village of Carlsbad.

Local musicians will bring you a toe tapping time, while your browse the art, face off the dragon, enjoy a root beer float and simply enjoy the day.> Save the date and don’t be late.
